"Exactly," said Stuart.

Ice cream is important.

冰淇淋也是重要的東西。

Well now, if I'm going to be Chairman of the World this morning, we've got to have some rules,

那么現(xiàn)在，如果我在今天早晨是世界的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，我們就得制訂一些法律，

otherwise it will be too confusing, with everyone running every which way and helpinghimself to things and nobody behaving.

不然每人都會各干各的，不顧規(guī)矩，一切也會亂了秩序的。

We've got to have some laws if we're going to play this game.

如果我們要來玩這個游戲，就必須要制訂法律。

Can anybody suggest any good laws for the world?

有人能為這個世界訂點兒好的法律嗎?

Albert Fernstrom raised his hand.

艾伯特.弗爾斯托舉起了手。

"Don't eat mushrooms, they might betoadstools," suggested Albert.

“不要吃蘑菇，它們可能有毒。”艾伯特建議。

"That's not a law," said Stuart, "that's merely a bit of friendly advice."

“那不是一條法律，”斯圖亞特說，“那只不過是一個善意的忠告。”

Very good advice, Albert, but advice and law are not the same.

這忠告很好，艾伯特，但忠告和法律是不同的。

Law is much more solemn than advice.

法律要比忠告更嚴(yán)肅。

Law is extremely solemn.

法律非常的嚴(yán)肅。

Anybody else think of a law for the world?
