A : It sounds reasonable. The clause should be like this : any disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled in a friendly way. If no settlement can be reached through consul- tation and conciliation, the disputes shall be submitted for arbitration by a mutually nominated arbitrator. The arbitrator's
decision on the dispute is final and binding on the both parlies.
A:這很合理二條款應這么寫:合同執(zhí)行過程中出現(xiàn)的任何爭執(zhí)都應通過友好式加以解決二如果無法通過調(diào)節(jié)協(xié)商解決,應提交由雙方指定的仲裁人加以裁定。仲裁人對爭執(zhí)所做的裁決為最后裁決,對雙方均具有約束力。
