凈網(wǎng)護苗秋風三大專項行動深入開展

Administrative organs in the areas of cyberspace management, public security, culture, media, and publications were ordered to step up efforts to combat illegal publications, pornography, copyright infringement, and other cultural wrongdoings.

網(wǎng)信、公安、文化、新聞出版廣電等單位要重拳出擊打擊非法出版活動、淫穢色情信息、侵權盜版以及其他文化領域違法行為。

“凈網(wǎng)2018”將集中力量專項整治問題多發(fā)的五個領域：嚴厲打擊利用云盤、App應用商店傳播有害信息活動(spreading harmful content on mobile applications);查處違法違規(guī)網(wǎng)絡直播平臺(illegal livestreaming platforms);規(guī)范整治違法違規(guī)網(wǎng)絡游戲(unlawful online games);大力整頓非法網(wǎng)絡群組(unlawful online chat groups);深入清理非法彈窗廣告(illegal pop-up ads)。

“護苗2018”專項行動，重在構建集政府監(jiān)管、企業(yè)自律、基層參與為一體的“護苗”綜合安全體系(a comprehensive security system that integrates government supervision, enterprise self-discipline with general participation)。組織開展中小學校園周邊文化市場環(huán)境、涉未成年人網(wǎng)絡有害信息兩個專項整治，引導青少年綠色閱讀、文明上網(wǎng)，自覺遠離和抵制有害出版物和信息(distance themselves from harmful publications and contents)。

“秋風2018”專項行動，重在規(guī)范新聞出版廣播影視傳播秩序。嚴厲打擊假媒體、假記者站、假記者及新聞敲詐勒索行為(fake news organization, journalists and news extortion);堅決查處各類侵權盜版活動(copyright infringement);規(guī)范整治電子商務平臺銷售出版物行為;整治非法編輯出版圖書報刊問題(publication piracy)。
