華東暴雨引發(fā)洪水，3人死亡，23人失蹤

Three hikers were dead and 23 still missing after a flood triggered by a heavy rainstorm hit east China's Jiangxi Province, local authorities said on July 22.

7月22日，中國東部江西省遭遇暴雨引發(fā)的洪水，造成3名登山者死亡，23人失蹤。

The downpour started at around 3 p.m. on Sunday in a mountainous area in Gaohu Town in the city of Yichun and trapped 285 hikers from three tourist groups, according to the Jiangxi provincial emergency management bureau.

江西省應(yīng)急管理局稱，周日下午3點(diǎn)左右，宜春市高湖鎮(zhèn)山區(qū)開始下起暴雨，來自三個旅游團(tuán)的285名徒步旅行者被困。

In one group of 252 tourists, three hikers were dead and four others still missing. Another group of 19 tourists remained out of contact.

在一組252名游客中，有3名徒步旅行者死亡，另有4人失蹤。另一組19名游客仍然失去聯(lián)系。

Local authorities have sent more than 530 rescuers to the affected area.
