What do you see as the most difficult task in being a manager?
作為管理者，你認為最困難的工作是什么?
When I have to let people go,who have made contributions and hae been loyal to the company over the years,due to downsizing or another reason that is beyond their control.
當我因為裁員或是一些當事人和我都無能為力的原因，不得不解雇長期以來忠于公司并做出貢獻的員工時，就感到很困難。
Especially when I know their family members and that they may face some financial hardship at least for a short period of time.
特別是當我認識到那些員工的家人，知道他們至少短期內在經(jīng)濟上會有困難的時候。
After 10 years of management,my stomach still sinks when I have to announce layoffs to my subordinates.
做了10年的管理者，至今，當我必須通知下屬被解雇時，我仍然會覺得心情沉重。
如果有解雇員工的經(jīng)歷，可以講一下，也可以敘述培養(yǎng)自己的領導能力或激勵下屬能力時所遇到的困難。不過，所舉的最好是發(fā)生在過去而現(xiàn)在能力以及得到提升的樣子。
