[00:00.12]I didn't see it then, 我當時沒有覺察, [00:01.09]but it turned out that getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. 但是事后證明，從蘋果公司被炒是我這輩子發(fā)生的最棒的事情。 [00:06.43]The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again,less sure about everything. 盡管前景為卜，但從頭開始的輕松感取代了保持成功的沉重感。 [00:13.26]It freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my life. 這使我輕松踏入了一生中最富有創(chuàng)造力的時期之一。 [00:16.45]During the next five years, I started a company named NeXT, another company named Pixar, 在接下來的五年里，我創(chuàng)立了一個名叫NeXT的公司，還有一個叫Pixar的公司, [00:21.34]and fell in love with an amazing woman who would become my wife. 然后和一個后來成為我妻子的優(yōu)雅女人相識。 [00:25.02]Pixar went on to create the worlds first computer animated feature film, Toy Story, Pixar制作了世界上第一個用電腦制作的動畫電影——“玩具總動員” [00:29.39]and is now the most successful animation studio in the world. 它現(xiàn)在也是世界上最成功的電腦制作工作室。 [00:35.10]In a remarkable turn of events, Apple bought NeXT, I retuned to Apple, 世道輪回，蘋果公司買下了NeXT，我又回到了蘋果公司 [00:40.30]and the technology we developed at NeXT is at the heart of Apple's current renaissance. 我們在NeXT公司開發(fā)的技術(shù)成了蘋果公司這次重新崛起的核心。 [00:45.02]And Laurene and I have a wonderful family together. 我和勞倫娜也建立了美滿的家庭。 [00:49.14]I'm pretty sure none of this would have happened if I hadn't been fired from Apple. 我可以非?？隙?，如果我不被Apple開除的話，這些事情一件也不會發(fā)生的。 [00:53.23]It was awful tasting medicine, but I guess the patient needed it. 這個良藥的味道實在是太苦了，但是我想病人需要這個藥。 [00:57.35]Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. 有些時候，生活會拿起一塊磚頭向你的腦袋上猛拍一下。 [01:01.40]Don't lose faith. 不要失去信仰。 [01:03.26]I'm convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. 我很清楚唯一使我一直走下去的，就是我做的事情令我無比鐘愛。 [01:07.33]You've got to find what you love. 你需要去找到你所愛的東西。 [01:09.46]And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. 對于工作是如此，對于你的愛人也是如此。 [01:13.24]Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, 你的工作將會占據(jù)生活中很大的一部分， [01:15.53]and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. 讓自己真正滿意的唯一辦法，是做自己認為有意義的工作 [01:20.19]And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. 做有意義的工作的唯一辦法是熱愛擇機的工作。 [01:24.25]If you haven't found it yet, keep looking,and don't settle. 如果你現(xiàn)在還沒有找到，那么繼續(xù)找、不要停下來。 [01:28.57]As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. 只要全心全意的去找，在你找到的時候，你的心會告訴你的。 [01:32.32]And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. 就像任何真誠的關(guān)系，隨著歲月的流逝只會越來越緊密。 [01:37.24]So keep looking until you find it. 所以繼續(xù)找，直到你找 到它。 [01:38.51]Don't settle. 不要停下來!
