商務(wù)管理之 鑒定員工表現(xiàn)　Employee Performance Reviews

工作鑒定就是衡量員工在工作中的表現(xiàn)，常常決定著升遷（promotion）、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)或者能否繼續(xù)聘用。這些鑒定有時(shí)候讓我們寢食難安，但是稍做準(zhǔn)備就能滿懷信心地面對(duì)了（face them with confidence）。

了解鑒定的過(guò)程

有時(shí)候，恐懼是由于不了解情況造成的（fear of the unknown）。你需要了解為什么雇主們要通過(guò)表現(xiàn)鑒定來(lái)衡量（evaluate）員工。評(píng)定的目的在于加強(qiáng)（reinforce）了解和溝通，推廣好的表現(xiàn)，改善不良表現(xiàn)，并且培養(yǎng)協(xié)作和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神（foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork）。

將你取得的成績(jī)以文字的形式體現(xiàn)出來(lái)（document your achievements），并且把你要在評(píng)審中討論的事宜列出清單。你需要花些時(shí)間來(lái)明確（figure out）自上次的評(píng)定后你都實(shí)現(xiàn)了哪些業(yè)績(jī)，最重要的是以書(shū)面材料作為旁證。還要列出你的雇主在哪些方面受益（benefited）、公司的盈利增長(zhǎng)體現(xiàn)在哪里、客戶名單增加了（grow the client roster）多少等等。

B：Well, if anyone in our department deserves a promotion, it's Laura.
