W: Hello, Is this room service?

你好，這里是住房服務(wù)部嗎?

M: Yes, May I help you?

是的，我能為你效勞嗎?

W: This is the room 1425, we asked for the room service an hour ago.

我們是1425號房，我們在一個(gè)小時(shí)前就要求住房服務(wù)了。

M: we are very sorry to cause you a lot of inconvenience.

給你造成諸多不便，我們非常抱歉。

W: What's the matter?

什么事呢?

M: We're rather busy right now. It will take another 15minutes

我們現(xiàn)在很忙，要等15分鐘時(shí)間。

W: Is it really going to take that long, will you rush the order?

真的要那么久嗎?請你快點(diǎn)好嗎?

M: I'm afraid it will take 15 minutes at most.

恐怕至多要花15分鐘時(shí)間。

W: ha, well, we have no choice.
