China's best employers pay more attention to improving their employee's work environment, training and development than most other companies, according to a report on China's 100 best employers released on Tuesday.
榜單評選報告顯示,相較于多數(shù)企業(yè),百強企業(yè)對于員工工作環(huán)境和培訓發(fā)展更加重視。
本次評選以雇主形象(employer image)、雇主文化(enterprise culture)、薪酬福利(salaries and welfare)、工作環(huán)境(work environment)、組織管理(management system)和培訓發(fā)展(training and development)為指標,由人力資源評審團、企業(yè)雇員、學術(shù)專家和媒體人進行綜合投票打分決定。
According to the report, nearly 75 percent of surveyed employees were satisfied with the work environment provided by the 100 best employers. They also rated much higher on employer image, management system and salaries.
報告顯示,參與調(diào)查的員工中有近75%對百強雇主企業(yè)的工作環(huán)境表示滿意。這些企業(yè)在雇主形象、組織管理以及薪酬等方面的評分也更高。
今年的百強企業(yè)34%為外商獨資(wholly foreign-owned enterprises)、75%位于一線城市、65%規(guī)模在萬人以上,呈現(xiàn)出“強者恒強“的局面,但也在側(cè)面反映出強者制勝的原因在于通過重視雇傭關(guān)系,對人才得以高效運營。
