Passengers using mobile phones on planes might face 50,000 yuan fine, according to a latest draft amendment to the country's Civil Aviation Law that was published on Monday by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
中國民用航空局近日發(fā)布的民航法修訂征求意見稿規(guī)定,乘客在飛機上使用手機或?qū)⒚媾R5萬元的罰款。
征求意見稿明確了14種危及民用航空安全( endanger civil aviation safety)和秩序的非法干擾行為。
這14中行為包括:
在航空器內(nèi)禁止使用手機、吸煙、搶占座位、值機柜臺;
Using mobile phones, smoking, forcibly occupying seats on planes, or occupying check-in counters at airports;
劫持飛行中或者地面上的航空器;
Hijacking a plane during flight or at airport;
在航空器上或機場扣留人質(zhì);
Taking hostages on planes or at airports;
強行闖入航空器、機場或者航空設(shè)施場所,沖闖航空器駕駛艙,強行攔截航空器;
Breaking into airplanes, airports or facilities thereof, occupying plane cockpit or blocking airplanes;
非法將武器、危險裝置或者材料帶入航空器、機場或者空中交通管制單位;
Carrying weapons, hazardous equipment or material to airplanes, airports or air traffic management units;
謊報險情、制造混亂、散布諸如危害飛行中或地面上的航空器、機場或民航設(shè)施場所內(nèi)的旅客、機組、地面人員或者公眾安全的虛假信息;
Lying about emergencies, sowing chaos or spreading rumors about endangering safety of passengers, crew members, ground staff or the general public on airplanes, airports or civil aviation facilities;
盜竊、故意損壞、擅自移動航空器設(shè)備以及機場內(nèi)其他航空設(shè)施設(shè)備,強行打開飛行中航空器應(yīng)急艙門
Stealing, intentionally damaging or moving aviation equipments and other facilities at airports, forcibly openning emergency exit during flight.
以上行為,如情節(jié)特別嚴重,最高將處5萬元以內(nèi)罰款。
