一、It be ...that 句式

1.基本句式：It+be+被強(qiáng)調(diào)部分+who/that+其余部分

強(qiáng)調(diào)主語：It was we who carried out the experiment in the lab yesterday.

強(qiáng)調(diào)賓語：It was the experiment that we carried out in the lab yesterday.

強(qiáng)調(diào)地點(diǎn)狀語：It was in the lab that we carried out that experiment yesterday.

強(qiáng)調(diào)時(shí)間狀語：It was yesterday that we carried out that experiment in the lab.

【提示】 強(qiáng)調(diào)狀語時(shí)用that。

2.“It be ...that”句式中的時(shí)態(tài)

（1）原句為現(xiàn)在時(shí)態(tài)，強(qiáng)調(diào)句用It is ...who/that。

普通句：We get light and heat from the sun.我們從太陽上獲得光和熱。

強(qiáng)調(diào)句：It is from the sun that we get light and heat.

（2）原句為過去時(shí)態(tài)，強(qiáng)調(diào)句用It was ...who/that。

普通句：We had a good seat at the front of the meeting room yesterday.

昨天，我們?cè)跁?huì)議室的前面找到一個(gè)好座位。

強(qiáng)調(diào)句：It was we who had a good seat at the front of the meeting room yesterday.

3.特殊句式：It might be/must have been/can’t be ...that

It must have been Philip who has taken away the book.

肯定就是菲利普拿走了這本書。

It may be Betty who will hold the discussion tomorrow.

或許明天主持討論的正是貝蒂。

4.“It be ...that”句式中的主謂一致

It is I who am to blame for the fault.

正是我應(yīng)該因這個(gè)過失而受責(zé)備。（who的謂語由I 決定）

It is you who are likely to win the contest.

可能贏這次競(jìng)賽的就是你。（who的謂語由you 決定）

It is Jack who is going to see you.正是杰克要見你的。（who的謂語由Jack 決定）

5.“not ...until ...”句式的強(qiáng)調(diào)句

普通句：I didn’t feel happy until I saw Mary.直到見到瑪麗我才高興起來。

強(qiáng)調(diào)句：It was not until I saw Mary that I felt happy.

6.“It be ...that”句式的疑問形式

（1）一般疑問句：Is/Was it+被強(qiáng)調(diào)部分+that/who/whom+從句？”

Is it I who am right？ 我是正確的嗎？

Was it Mary that bought a new car？ 是瑪麗買了新車嗎？

Was it Sally who phoned just now？ 剛才打電話的正是莎麗嗎？

（2）特殊疑問句：特殊疑問詞+is/was+it that+從句？

Who was it that just phoned just now？ 剛才打電話的究竟是誰？

When was it that you lost your luggage？ 你究竟什么時(shí)候丟的行李？

Where was it that Shakespeare was born？ 莎士比亞出生的地方究竟在哪里？

What was it that made her ashamed of herself？ 什么事使得她很羞愧？

Why was it that she put off going abroad for further education？ 為什么她推遲出國求學(xué)？

【提示】 強(qiáng)調(diào)句的特殊疑問中只用that。
