2003年秋，哈佛大學(xué)。恃才放曠的天才學(xué)生馬克·扎克伯格（Jesse Eisenberg 飾）被女友甩掉，憤怒之際，馬克利用黑客手段入侵了學(xué)校的系統(tǒng)，盜取了校內(nèi)所有漂亮女生的資料，并制作名為“Facemash”的網(wǎng)站供同學(xué)們對辣妹評分。他的舉動引起了轟動，一度致令哈佛服務(wù)器幾近崩潰，馬克因此遭到校方的懲罰。正所謂因禍得福，馬克的舉動引起了溫克萊沃斯兄弟的注意，他們邀請馬克加入團(tuán)隊，共同建立一個社交網(wǎng)站。與此同時，馬克也建立了日后名聲大噪的“Facebook”。　　經(jīng)過一番努力，F(xiàn)acebook的名氣越來越大，馬克的財富與日俱增。然而各種麻煩與是非接踵而來，昔日的好友也反目成仇……

【解析】這句話是一個由if引導(dǎo)的條件狀語從句，表示在某條件下，某事很可能發(fā)生。翻譯成“如果......就......” “只要......就......”

       If you ask him，he will help you．

      If you have finished the homework,you can go home．

       如果你作業(yè)做完了就可以回家了。

另外，if從句還表示一種虛擬的條件或假設(shè)。從句多用一般過去時或過去完成時，表示對現(xiàn)在或過去的一種假設(shè)。

       If I were you，I would invite him to the party．

       如果我是你，我會邀請他參加聚會。

       I would have arrived much earlier if I had not been caught in the traffic．

       要不是交通堵塞，我本會來得早一些。

我們可以把if 條件句的時態(tài)搭配總結(jié)如下：

1．if從句用一般現(xiàn)在時，主句用一般將來時

       If he runs he’ll get there in time.

       如果他用跑的，他就會及時趕到那兒。

2．if從句用一般現(xiàn)在時，主句用may/might/can

       If the fog gets thicker the plane may/might be diverted.

       如果霧在大一些，飛機(jī)可能就會改在別的機(jī)場降落。

3．if從句用一般現(xiàn)在時，主句用must/should

       If you want to lose weight you must/should eat less bread.

       如果你想減肥，你必須少吃面包。
