【finish的用法】

finish這個字是表示“結(jié)束，完成”的意思，后面可以直接接受詞，比如說是工作或是家庭作業(yè)等。

A:  Have you finished that assignment yet?
   指派給你的那項工作完成了沒？

B:  Um...not quite.
   呃……不完全。    

另外，需要特別注意的是如果finish后面接動詞的話，則動詞需為動名詞形態(tài)。  

A: I knew if I kept at it, I'd eventually finish writing my book.
  我知道如果我持續(xù)下去，最后一定可以寫完這本書。 

B: Where there is a will, there is a way.
  有志者，事竟成。

2)get on the Net上網(wǎng)
3) research  (n.)  研究
4) information  (n.)  資訊
5) guy  (n.) 男人，家伙
