How do I ask someone out over the phone or email?
If you want to ask a person out over the phone, you need to have enthusiasm in your voice. Ask them a little bit about themselves at the beginning of the phone call: "What are you doing?" "What's happening?" "What's going on?" It lightens the phone call up. Then say: "How would you feel about going on a date with me?" "How would you feel about going to the movies?" "How would you feel about having dinner?" Again, you ask questions and wait for their response.
