香港將在3月進(jìn)行3次全民強(qiáng)制核酸檢測

Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Carrie Lam said on Tuesday that Hong Kong will conduct a mass mandatory testing in March to fight the latest COVID-19 outbreak, and all Hong Kong residents must undergo nucleic acid tests three times.

香港特區(qū)行政長官林鄭月娥2月22日宣布，為應(yīng)對新冠疫情，香港將在3月進(jìn)行3次全民強(qiáng)制核酸檢測。

As the central government has strengthened its support for Hong Kong, the sampling and testing capacity in the global financial hub has reached nearly 1 million samples a day, Lam said, adding she believed capacity will continue to increase and can cope with mass testing.
林鄭月娥表示，在中央加強(qiáng)支援后，目前香港的采樣檢測能力不少于每日一百萬次，相信未來還會(huì)繼續(xù)增加，可以應(yīng)付全民檢測。

She said the testing is a legal requirement and there is a punishment mechanism for those who do not take part.
她表示，全民強(qiáng)檢具有法律效力，若不參與會(huì)有處罰機(jī)制。
