The average cost of new housing in 70 major cities grew 5.1 per cent in November, according to a weighted average from Reuters based on official data from China’s National Bureau of Statistics.
路透社(Reuters)根據(jù)中國國家統(tǒng)計局官方數(shù)據(jù)計算得出的加權(quán)平均值顯示,11月份中國70個大中城市新建商品住宅均價上漲5.1%。
The reading marked the twelfth consecutive month of slowing growth following a peak of 12.6 per cent in November 2016, as well as the slowest rate of growth since March of that year.
自2016年11月新建商品住宅價格漲幅達(dá)到12.6%的峰值后,這已經(jīng)是該價格漲幅連續(xù)第12個月放緩,同時也是2016年3月以來的最低漲幅。
In year-on-year terms prices rose in 59 of the 70 cities surveyed, with prices falling in top-tier cities including Shanghai and Beijing (both down 0.3 per cent), Chengdu (down 1.3 per cent) and Nanjing (down 1.5 per cent). While Hong Kong-adjacent Shenzhen saw the biggest fall, down 3.2 per cent, nearby Guangzhou saw prices rise 6.6 per cent from a year earlier.
同比來看,在被調(diào)查的70個城市中,有59個城市的新建商品住宅價格上漲,一些一、二線城市價格下降,包括上海和北京(均下降0.3%)、成都(下降1.3%)和南京(下降1.5%)。毗鄰香港的深圳的新建商品住宅價格跌幅最大,下降3.2%,而深圳附近的廣州的新建商品住宅價格同比上漲6.6%。
Prices were up 0.3 per cent in month-on-month terms, unchanged from October, with price falls in 10 mostly top-tier cities, though average prices remained unchanged in Beijing, Shanghai and eight other cities.
環(huán)比來看,70個大中城市的新建商品住宅價格上漲0.3%,與10月份的環(huán)比漲幅持平。10個城市價格環(huán)比下降,主要是一、二線城市。但北京、上海和其他8個城市的均價環(huán)比持平。
The continued sluggishness for price growth comes after official figures showed investment in China’s real estate market rose at the slowest pace in nearly a year last month as growth in sales volume edged closer to a late 2015 low.
新建商品住宅價格上漲持續(xù)乏力。此前,上月的官方數(shù)據(jù)顯示,中國房地產(chǎn)市場投資增速為將近一年來的最低水平,房地產(chǎn)銷售面積增速接近2015年末以來的低點。
