全國(guó)中小學(xué)生獲得正式學(xué)籍號(hào)

教育部近日發(fā)布消息稱，今年1月21日，已通過全國(guó)中小學(xué)生學(xué)籍信息管理系統(tǒng)，目前，各地正在抓緊落實(shí)。

China's Ministry of Education has issued student codes to all elementary and middle-school students across China and put them into the education registration system, after a trial run for a year.

經(jīng)過為期1年的試運(yùn)行，近日，教育部向全國(guó)中小學(xué)生發(fā)放了學(xué)籍號(hào)，并將它們錄入到教育注冊(cè)系統(tǒng)中。

教育部介紹，在完成首次信息采集(information collection)后，為確保以學(xué)生身份基本信息(basic information)為核心的數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確，利用公安部人口信息管理系統(tǒng)及國(guó)家人口基礎(chǔ)信息庫(kù)對(duì)學(xué)生數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行核查對(duì)比，對(duì)準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤的，核發(fā)全國(guó)唯一的正式學(xué)籍號(hào)(student code)。

"學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)(move to a new school)時(shí)，各環(huán)節(jié)均在網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行，家長(zhǎng)只需向轉(zhuǎn)入學(xué)校提出申請(qǐng)即可，無(wú)需再因往返奔波耽誤正常工作。"教育部透露，目前，最快轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)只要9小時(shí)即完成(complete a school transfer in as little as 9 hours)，且記錄在不斷刷新，并將成為普遍趨勢(shì)，大大減少了學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)其家庭所需的時(shí)間和經(jīng)濟(jì)開支(save time and economic cost)。

The eventual release of student codes means the system has entered a new phase for application. It will play an important role in student's enrollment, school roll registration and graduation.

學(xué)生正式學(xué)籍號(hào)的發(fā)放，標(biāo)志著該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入新的應(yīng)用階段，將在中小學(xué)招生入學(xué)、學(xué)籍注冊(cè)和畢業(yè)等方面發(fā)揮重要作用。

The Ministry of Education hopes the new system could receive more public attention and joint efforts are needed to ensure the smooth and sound application.

教育部希望廣大民眾能更加關(guān)注新系統(tǒng)，只有雙方共同努力才能保證申請(qǐng)工作順利進(jìn)行。
