學習英語之no more…than用法匯總分享

　　no more...than...表示既不...也不...,是針對比較級形容詞或副詞的意義的，而不是針對句子其它部分。

　　例如：He is no taller than she is.她不高，他也不高。

　　二個“不”都是針對taller而言的。

　　1、The northward journey from Jalalabad was no more than 120 miles.

　　從賈拉拉巴德向北的行程不超過120英里。

　　2、The villages are no more than a mile apart as the crow flies.

　　這些村莊直線距離相隔不超過一英里。

　　那本來要是個不超過十二個女人的封閉團體。

　　4、If you've been asked for an interview you are probably on a shortlist of no more than six. 如果你已經被要求參加面試，你很可能在不超過6人的候選名單上。
