1、空號(hào)：
中文：您好!您所撥打的號(hào)碼是空號(hào)，請(qǐng)核對(duì)后再撥。
英文：Sorry! The number you dialed does not exist, please check it and dial later。
2、被叫用戶關(guān)機(jī)：
中文：您好!您所撥打的電話已關(guān)機(jī)。
英文：Sorry! The subscriber you dialed is power off。
3、被叫不在服務(wù)區(qū)：
中文：對(duì)不起!您撥打的用戶暫時(shí)無法接通，請(qǐng)稍后再撥。
英文：Sorry!The subscriber you dialed can not be connected for the moment, please redial later。
4、主叫欠費(fèi)停機(jī)/單向停機(jī)
中文：對(duì)不起!您的電話已欠費(fèi)，請(qǐng)您續(xù)交話費(fèi)，謝謝!
英文：Sorry, your telephone charge is overdue, please renew it, thank you!
5、用戶申請(qǐng)臨時(shí)停機(jī)/其他原因暫時(shí)停機(jī)：
中文：對(duì)不起!您的電話已停機(jī)。詳情請(qǐng)垂詢"1860"。
英文：Sorry! Your telephone service is suspended, for more information, please dial "1860"。
6、被叫停機(jī)：
中文：對(duì)不起!您撥打的電話已停機(jī)。
英文：Sorry! The number you dialed is out of service。
7、被叫忙：
(1)被叫用戶登記了呼叫等待功能
中文：您好!請(qǐng)不要掛機(jī)，您撥打的電話正在通話中。
英文：Sorry! Please hold on，the subscriber you dialed is busy now,。
(2)被叫用戶未登記呼叫等待功能
中文：您好!您撥打的電話正在通話中，請(qǐng)稍后再撥。
英文：Sorry! The subscriber you dialed is busy now, please redial later。
8、中繼忙/網(wǎng)絡(luò)忙：
中文：對(duì)不起!您撥打的用戶暫時(shí)無法接通，請(qǐng)稍后再撥。
英文：Sorry!The subscriber you dialed can not be connected for the moment, please redial later。
9、被叫用戶設(shè)置了呼入限制：
中文：對(duì)不起!您撥打的用戶已設(shè)置呼入限制。
英文：Sorry! The subscriber you dialed has set barring of incoming calls。
10、 國(guó)際長(zhǎng)權(quán)限制：
中文：您好!您的電話尚未登記國(guó)際長(zhǎng)途業(yè)務(wù)，請(qǐng)辦理登記手續(xù)。詳情請(qǐng)垂詢"1860"。

14、112緊急呼叫：
中文：您好!匪警請(qǐng)撥110，火警請(qǐng)撥119，急救中心請(qǐng)撥120，交通故障請(qǐng)撥122，市話障礙請(qǐng)?jiān)?12前加撥長(zhǎng)途區(qū)號(hào)。
