Day 140 Some people believe that universities should require every student to take a variety of courses outside the student's field of study

Some people believe that universities should require every student to take a variety of courses outside the student's field of study. Others believe that universities should not force students to take any courses other than those that will help prepare them for jobs in their chosen fields.

Write a response in which you discuss which view more closely aligns with your own position and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should address both of the views presented.

Day 13、Day 46、Day 70、Day 102、Day 112相似】

No one can know you better than do you yourself: making best use of your strengths, finding ways to make up for your weaknesses. Therefore, everyone should be given the freedom to make his/her own choices. When he was young, Bill Gates was expected to become a lawyer like his father, and he actually went into Harvard as a law student. Yet if his parents had not respected his decision when he finally chose to drop out of the university, he may have ended up as a mediocre lawyer.
