Party A and Party B agree to sign this contract and pledge to fulfill all the obligations stipulated hereinafter, in line with the principles of legality, justice, equality, voluntariness and mutual agreement.
1. Employment term

2. Content and working hours
(1) Party A gives Party B the following work assignments according to its operating requirements:

(2) Party B works no more than 8 hours per day, no more than 40 hours per week, and Saturday and Sunday are set as the official weekly rest days. Party A may extend Party B's working hours on the basis of mutual agreement, and party B shall get corresponding deferred holidays or paid for the extended work hours in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Remuneration and other welfare benefits
(1) Party B's salary is RMB________per month in the probationary period and RMB________after the probationary period.
After the probation, Party A shall provide Party B with a monthly housing allowance of RMB6,000. Party B shall provide the invoice of rent payment for reimbursement. The monthly date for reimbursement is on the 8th day of each month. If the 8th day of the month falls in the weekend or holiday, the payment shall be brought forward to the nearest weekday. Party A shall inform Party B and explain the detailed reason within 5 workdays in case Party A fails to pay the salary due to special reasons.
(2) Party A shall pay salary to Party B before the 8th day of every month in the form of cash or bank-transfer. If the 8th day of the month falls in the weekend or holiday, the payment shall be brought forward to the nearest weekday.
Party A shall inform Party B and explain the detailed reason within 5 workdays in case Party A fails to pay the salary due to special reasons.
(3) Party A can adjust Party B's salary according to its operating conditions, Party B's workload and performance.
(4) Party B's labor remuneration will be adjusted in case Party A adjusts Party B's job responsibilities. Accepting the new position is regarded as accepting the adjusted salary.
(5) Party B shall pay personal income tax according to the state's tax law. Party A shall shoulder the responsibility to withhold and remit taxes for Party B.
(6) Party B is entitled with all legal holidays in accordance with the state's regulations. In addition, Party B enjoys a paid leave of 5 days each year.
4. Contract Cancellation and Termination
(1) This contract shall be terminated once it expires and both parties do not extend the contract.
(2) The contract may be canceled based on both parties'mutual negotiation.
(3) Party B should abide by China laws, decrees and related regulations and Party A's working systems. During the duration, Party A is entitled to cancel the contract in case Party B violates China laws and decrees, and terminate the contract before expiration in case Party B cannot resume his or her work for health reasons after the medical certification of continuous sick rest for 15 working days.
(4) The contract will automatically terminate in case Party B is absent for over 10 days without written explanation due to homecoming or other private reasons.
(5) In case Party B is proved to be not competent for the work under the contract, Party A is entitled to cancel the contract at any time.
(6) Party B should abide by Party A's working systems, rules and regulations. Otherwise, Party A is entitled to cancel the contract and claim a corresponding compensation of any economic loss from Party B's payment.
(7) Party B should inform Party A in written form 30 days in advance for canceling the contract, and 3 days in advance during the probation period.
5. Others
(1) Other items not stipulated by the two parties can be implemented according to the internal rules and regulations of Party A.
(2) The two parties should abide by the contract. In case one party tears up the contract, the other party has the right to require the defaulting party to undertake corresponding loss.
(3) For disputes during the execution of the contract, the two parties can settle them through negotiations.
(4) The contract has two versions in Chinese and in English. The two copies are equally authentic. In case any dispute happens, the Chinese version shall prevail.
(5) The contract is in duplicate, held by Party A and Party B respectively. The two copies are equally authentic. The contract comes into effect upon signatures or seals of both parties.

甲、乙雙方遵循合法公平、平等自愿、協(xié)商一致、誠實信用的原則,簽訂本合同,并承諾共同遵守。
1.聘用期限

2.工作內容及工作時間
(1)甲方根據(jù)工作需要,安排乙方完成以下內容的工作任務:

(3)甲方可根據(jù)生產經營狀況或乙方任務量和工作表現(xiàn),適時調整乙方的工資。
(4)當乙方的工作任務發(fā)生變化時,甲方可按規(guī)定調整其相應的報酬。乙方接受新的工作任務后即視作接受甲方按照該工作任務重新確定的報酬。
(5)乙方應遵守國家及地方的稅法制度,繳納個人所得稅,甲方有義務為其代繳。
(6)乙方在合同期內享受法定節(jié)假日,另外公司每年為其提供5天的帶薪休假。
4.聘用合同的解除和終止
(1)合同期滿雙方不再續(xù)簽,聘用合同即終止。
(2)經合同雙方當事人協(xié)商一致,本合同可以解除。
(3)乙方應遵守中國政府的法律、法規(guī)有關規(guī)定及甲方的工作程序,乙方如違反上述規(guī)定,甲方有權即時解除合同;乙方因健康原因,經醫(yī)生證明連續(xù)病休15工作日后仍不能繼續(xù)工作,甲方有權提前終止合同。
(4)乙方因歸國或其他私人原因未正常出勤超過十天,且未向甲方做出書面說明的,本合同自動終止。
(5)乙方被證明無法完成本合同項下的工作任務,甲方有權隨時解除本合同。
(6)乙方應嚴格遵守甲方的工作規(guī)定以及規(guī)章制度,否則,甲方有權隨時解除合同并追究因此而造成的經濟損失,并有權對所造成的經濟損失在乙方的報酬中作相應扣除。
(7)乙方應提前30天以書面形式通知甲方解除本合同,在試用期內提前3天通知甲方即可解除。
5.其他事項
(1)其他未盡事宜,雙方可參照甲方公司內部的相關規(guī)章制度執(zhí)行。
(2)甲乙雙方均應遵守本合同之約定,任何一方違約,非違約方均有權要求違約方承擔相應的損失。
(3)甲乙雙方在本合同的執(zhí)行中如有爭議,可協(xié)商解決。
(4)本合同分為中英兩種文本,每種文本具有相同的法律效力;如兩種文本產生沖突,則中文文本為準。
(5)本合同一式兩份,甲、乙雙方各執(zhí)一份,每份具有同等法律效力。本合同經甲、乙雙方簽字蓋章后生效。
