職場心經

如果對方訂購的商品因缺貨而無法供應時，應及時向對方說明，并告知對方具體原因，詢問對方是否愿意訂購別的商品。如果對方有興趣的話，可將類似的且具備同樣品質的商品介紹給對方。如果對方表示沒有興趣，就只好拒絕單方的訂單了。

當庫存不足的時候你會說

1．We are expecting some new stock tomorrow.

估計明天我們有新貨到。

2．The supply of the goods at present is very tight.

目前該貨緊缺。

3．Hmm, we plan to supply half of your order on condition that we cut our supply to another customer.

嗯，我們打算削減另一客戶的訂貨，向您提供訂單上一半的貨物。

4．We shall be glad to let you know by telephone as soon as it arrives.

貨一到我們就會電話通知你。

5．We haven't got that in stock at the moment, but we could order it for you.

我們目前沒有貨，不過我們可以為您訂購。

6．I am sorry, we just filled a very large order that cleared us out of stock.

fill a order表示“完成訂單”，而執(zhí)行訂單則是carry on a order。

7．The former series are in stock while stocks of the latter have been sold out.

由于訂單源源而來，存貨即將售完，訂購請從速。

拒絕訂單

A：Owing to the lack of raw materials, the factory has to entertaining new orders.

由于原材料缺乏，廠房被迫停止接受新的訂單。

B：That's so terrible.

這太糟糕了。

As some items under order are beyond business scope , we can only accept your order partially.

由于貴方有些商品超出了我方的經營范圍，我方只能部分地接受貴方訂單。

Owing to heavy commitments, we are not in a position to accept all your orders.

由于大量承約，我們不能接受貴方全部訂貨。

A：We've received your order for 40 tons of black tea, but we're sorry to say that it's not available for prompt shipment, as we are out of stock now.

B：Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. Then, when can we expect to have the goods?

A：Well, it is hard to say. You know, our black tea has received a warm welcome in the world for its good quality and reasonable price. Demand always exceeds supply. Though we have tried our best to speed up the production, it still can not meet the increasing demand. If you're in urgent need of the goods, I'd like to recommend you our green tea. But I have to point out that even our green tea is limited in supply.

B：But your black tea is familiar to our clients. As to the green tea, can you promise that it can sell well in our market?

A：No, I can't. But I don't think you need to worry about that. In recent years, our green tea has been introduced to many other countries in Europe and has found a ready market there. So, I'm sure it will also do well there.

B：I hope so. But I'm still not sure of it.

A：Well, here is our sample. If you are satisfied with it, you can place a trial order with us. Once we have new stock of black tea, we will let you know as soon as possible.

B：Thank you.

A：我們已經收到了你們40噸紅茶的訂單，可是非常抱歉，由于缺貨我們無法馬上供應。

B：哦，太遺憾了。我們什么時候可以得到貨物呢？

B：但愿如此，可是我還是不能確認。
