英語笑話:Sickness 疾病

An interviewer asked an applicant，"Your application says you left your last job because of sickness. Could you explain that, please?"

The candidate replied，"Sure. My boss got sick and tired of me."

一個(gè)面試主考官問一個(gè)應(yīng)征者：“你申請表上說你離開上一個(gè)工作是因?yàn)樯　?rdquo;

"application"指任何形式的申請表，申淸人、應(yīng)征者 (applicant)在申請獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、簽證或一份工作時(shí)所填寫的表格叫做application,它不同于履歷表(resume)。

應(yīng)征者回答：“好的。我的老板對我感到厭惡。”

"sick and tired of"表示“對…感到厭倦(惡)”。所以不是他生病，而是老板看到他會(huì)生病。
