一個(gè)人對(duì)他的醫(yī)生說(shuō)每次我喝咖啡的時(shí)候，右眼都很痛。

“every time”當(dāng)連接詞使用，表示“每當(dāng)······;每次”。“a lot” 在這里當(dāng)副詞，是“非常”的意思。

你有什么建議?

美國(guó)人去看醫(yī)生的時(shí)候，通常會(huì)請(qǐng)醫(yī)生給他們建議(如日常作息的調(diào)整、運(yùn)動(dòng)等)，或是問(wèn)ShouId I take some medicine?我該吃些藥嗎?
