買房子是一件很復雜很難的事情，而且對外國人有一些額外的要求，這整個的過程要持續(xù)好幾個月。

1. For Marriage為了結婚

"Most foreigners think renting is the most convenient option, but then there will be problems when they want to marry in China because the Chinese have a different understanding of that."

“很多外國人都覺得租房是最方便的選擇，但是如果你要在中國結婚，這就是個問題，中國人理解不了（租房結婚）。”

這一種就是廣大丈母娘最喜歡的類型。

于是乎，為了結婚，這個小伙兒就在北京買了套房。

但是這個過程也不是一帆風順，接下來culture shock（文化差異）出現(xiàn)了。

Way back in 2008, when China had the Oylimpics, I actually asked my dad, if I could borrow money to buy a house. China was developing fast, so if you didn't buy a house, then you lose out a little a bit. Renting a house, you help other people making money right?

“回顧2008年，中國舉辦了奧運會。我就問我父親是否可以借錢（在北京）買個房子。中國發(fā)展迅速，如果我不買房子，那么就會有損失。如果租房子，那等于是在幫別人賺錢，對吧？”
