There are a lot of people who are biting their finger in fear that they might lose their jobs.But there are few people who have decided within themselves. I`m going to make it. Some people aren`t waiting to be cut. Some people are moving on their own. Because they feel within themselves. “I`ve got what it takes to make it.”

很多人都在焦慮，擔(dān)心他們會(huì)失去工作。但只有一小部分人決定：我要自己創(chuàng)造一切。有些人等著被淘汰，有些人則繼續(xù)奮斗，因?yàn)樗麄儍?nèi)心深處堅(jiān)信自己，“我能成功?！?/p>

They`re not afraid about tomorrow. Because of they see themselves. Because of what they feel that they deserve. Because of what they feel that they can create for themselves. Because these people have decide, as they look at the future, as they look at themselves, “there`s a way, where there`s a will, there`s a way for me, to be able to create a way out of way.”and when you have that kind of consciousness. When you have that kind of spirit. Nothing can stop you , nothing.

他們不懼未來(lái)，因?yàn)樗麄儗徱曌约?，他們覺(jué)得他們值得擁有，他們能創(chuàng)造一切。因?yàn)檫@些人已經(jīng)下定決心。當(dāng)他們憧憬著未來(lái)的自己。“意識(shí)決定出路，有志者，事竟成。沒(méi)條件，創(chuàng)造條件?！碑?dāng)你有了這種意志，當(dāng)你有了這種信念的時(shí)候，就沒(méi)有什么能阻止你。

What does the＄500000 a year person do the＄50000 a year person doesn`t do ? he pays the price and a little bit more. He works hard and a little bit more. He bleeds and a little bit more. He makes money and a little bit more. He saves money and a little bit more. If you want to win in business. You gotta be tough and you can`t quit.

什么事是年薪50萬(wàn)人能做而年薪5萬(wàn)人不能做的？他付出的更多，努力的更多，信念更堅(jiān)定，所以他賺了更多的錢(qián)，他積累了更多的財(cái)富。如果你想事業(yè)有成，你就必須更加堅(jiān)強(qiáng)而且還不能放棄。

Somebody`s gonna win , you or him. And the person that wins is gonna want it the most. This business is nothing but an attitude business. It`s yours attitude about you . It`s yours attitude about life. If you go out there this week and you just think you`re supposed to be somebody. And you`re gonna do something big, and you go out there. And you work hard. And you prepare well. And you get up mentally. And you go out there, and you leave it all on the field.

總有人想贏，不是你就是他。而想贏的人，就是渴望最強(qiáng)烈的那個(gè)人，這是態(tài)度問(wèn)題。這是你對(duì)自己的態(tài)度，這是你對(duì)生活的態(tài)度。你幻想成為某人，做出偉大成就，你努力奮斗，準(zhǔn)備充分，意志強(qiáng)大。

And you just have a feeling that ,“this is our time”. “we`re gonna do it ”. you got a chance to win. Life gives you what you`ll fight for. Life don`t give you what you want. Life don`t give you what you`d love to have. Everybody would to be successful, right? Everybody wants success. They want financial independence, life give you what you will excel.

你有強(qiáng)烈的感覺(jué)，這就是我們的時(shí)刻。我們必會(huì)成功。你有機(jī)會(huì)贏。生活中總有你值得奮斗的事，生活不會(huì)寵著你。每個(gè)人都想成功，對(duì)吧？每個(gè)人都想成功，他們想財(cái)富自由。生活會(huì)回饋你的付出。

If you wanna win, you`re gotta show up and demand for yourself. Success and fulfillment and happiness. I believe desire and determination is everything. It ain`t talent, it ain`t brains, it ain`t education. It`s desire and determination. You`re got to have a will to will. You`re got to have a hunger to be somebody.

想要成功，就要自己爭(zhēng)取。成功、充實(shí)、幸福。我們的欲望和決心就是一切。這無(wú)關(guān)天賦，無(wú)關(guān)聰明，無(wú)關(guān)教育。這就是渴望和決心。你必須充滿必勝的信念，你必須充滿成為大人物的渴望。

This is your life, this is your legacy, this is who you are. You`re writing your history right now. You gotta get to workman. We gotta get to work. Because we live in a day and a time where we have every opportunity to be our best self.

這就是你的生活，這就是你的人生樂(lè)章，這就是你。你正在書(shū)寫(xiě)你的歷史，我們得開(kāi)始奮斗了，兄弟。我們奮斗，因?yàn)槲覀兩钤谝粋€(gè)滿是機(jī)會(huì)、能讓我們變得更好的時(shí)代。
