應當鼓勵大學生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。

As we all know, the population of college graduates is increasing year after year, which makes their employment situation more serious. In order to solve problem, it's a good idea to encourage them to be self-employed.

眾所周知，如今大學生的數(shù)量與是俱增，這使大學生的就業(yè)形勢更加嚴峻。為解決這一難題，最好的辦法就是鼓勵大學生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。

Self-employment is an attractive choice and a good way for college students to start careers. When they are working for themselves rather than other peop1e, they will have more enthusiasm(熱情) and passion, which are the key factors to achieve success.

對于大學生而言，自主創(chuàng)業(yè)是一個極具吸引力的選擇，也是一個良好的職業(yè)開端。當他們?yōu)樽约憾皇撬斯ぷ鲿r，會投入更大的激情，而這恰恰是獲得成功的關鍵因素。

It's unpractical for college students to be self-employed.

大學生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)是不現(xiàn)實的。

Many people say that self-employment has a lot of advantages, but in my opinion, it's impractical(不現(xiàn)實的) for college students to be self-employed since they have little experience in managing a business. They are not familiar with the real business world, which is totally different from their campuses.

盡管很多人認為自主創(chuàng)業(yè)有很多好處。但在我看來，對于毫無從商經(jīng)驗的大學生來說，自主創(chuàng)業(yè)是非常不現(xiàn)實的。商業(yè)環(huán)境和校園環(huán)境是截然不同的，因此大學生對商業(yè)圈會感到非常陌生。

Running a business is not easy, it needs different knowledge and skills, such as management, marketing, finance, human resources and so on. However, for most college students, they just specialize in a certain field. Therefore, they should find jobs first before running their own business.

創(chuàng)業(yè)是非常不容易的，需要涉及到多方面的知識、技能，比如，管理、營銷、財務、人力資源等等。但是大多數(shù)學生僅僅精通某一方面，因此，大學生畢業(yè)后應該先找工作再去創(chuàng)業(yè)。
