1. hold off
hold off的本意是推遲，延遲，特指雨或風暴的話，意思是延緩，遲遲不來。
Let's hold off making a decision until next week.
我們推遲到下周再作決定吧。
 
2. put sth up
put up是個超級常見的短語，在這里是張掛，懸掛的意思。
這里分享一下它的常見用法：

②建造
