Captain Ben Fawcett has bought an unusual taxiand has begun a new service. The 'taxi' is asmallSwissaeroplane called a 'Pilatus Porter'. Thiswonderful plane can carry seven passengers. Themost surprising thing about it, however, is that itcan land anywhere: on snow, water, or even on aploughed field. Captain Fawcett's first passenger wasa doctor who flew from Birmingham to a lonely villagein theWelsh mountains. Since then, Captain Fawcetthas flown passengers to many unusualplaces. Once he landedon the roof of a block of flatsand on another occasion, he landed in a deserted car park. Captain Fawcett has justrefused a strange request from a businessman. The man wanted to fly to Rockall, alonely island in the Atlantic Ocean, but Captain Fawcett did not take him becausethetrip was too dangerous.

一次，他把飛機降落在了一棟公寓樓的樓頂上;還有一次，他降落在了一個廢棄的停車場上。

語言點1 本句中of a block of flats是一個介詞短語,作roof的后置定語。

語言點2 on another occasion意為“還有一次”。注意occasion必須和介詞on連用。
