David：Does that apartment come furnished?)

那套房子里有家具嗎?

You：This apartment has all the furnitures that arenecessary for daily liveing.

常用的家具都有。

David：Like a refrigerator?

有冰箱嗎?

You：It doesn’t have a refrigerator. It just has a TV,which has cable.

沒(méi)有冰箱，但有有線(xiàn)電視。

David：Oh, well. How about a patio? Does the apartment have a patio?

有院子嗎?我是說(shuō)你這房子有沒(méi)有院子?

You：Yes, it has a patio. You can have a lot of fun on the patio. No problem. "

David：How big is it?

You：The patio is quite spacious with a lot of sunshine. You will really enjoy it.
