Career Plan
Rachel: Have you found another job yet, Sally?
Sally: No, I haven't, but I've seen several interesting advertisements in the paper.
Rachel: What kind of line are you looking for? Do you have any career plan ?
Sally: Either something in the business or something to do with journalism .
Rachel: You haven't had any experience in either of those fields.
Sally: I know. My major is construction . But I'd like to try. Look, here are some advertisements that I've cut out.
(several days later)
Rachel: I just received a phone call for an interview next week.
Sally: Congratulations! What type of work will you get?
Rachel: Thank you, a reporter. But I'm nervous. I don't know what to do. Could you tell me what I should do before an interview?
Sally: Sure, you should prepare yourself so that you can give proper response when you're being interviewed.
Rachel: Are there any other things I should pay attention to?
Sally: Yeah, wear tailored suit to your interview and do be punctual. That'll show respect to your interviewers with a good first impression.
