昂貴的建議
The doctor finally reached his table at a dinner, afterbreaking away from a woman who sought advice on ahealth problem.
一位婦女就健康問題向大夫咨詢,大夫把她打發(fā)走后,終于趕到宴席的餐桌帝。
"Do you think I should send her a bill?" the doctorasked a lawyer who sat next to him.
“你認(rèn)為我應(yīng)該向她收費(fèi)嗎?”大夫問坐在身邊的一個(gè)律師。
"Why not?" the lawyer replied. "You rendered professional services by giving advice."
“有什么不應(yīng)該呢?”律師答道,“你給她提供建議就是提供了職業(yè)服務(wù)。”
"Thanks," the physician said. "I think I'll do that."
“謝謝,”醫(yī)生說,“我想我得這么做。”
When the doctor went to his office the next day to send the bill to the woman, he found aletter from the lawyer. It read:

"For legal services, $50."
“請(qǐng)支付法律服務(wù)費(fèi)50美元。”
