　　1. 解詞釋義

　　As pleased as punch是用來形容一個(gè)人十分高興，開心的樣子。它起源于英國17世紀(jì)風(fēng)靡至今的傳統(tǒng)木偶劇《Punch and Judy》。在劇中，Judy的丈夫Punch是一個(gè)非常喜歡惹是生非的人，經(jīng)常策劃陰謀。他把時(shí)間都用在計(jì)劃一系列的邪惡事件上，當(dāng)他的陰謀得逞后，他就會(huì)大搖大擺地炫耀自己。因此，as pleased aspunch就表示“十分高興”，尤其是指“自滿”。
