　　A: I don’t know how to deal with Jack. He is indeed a trouble maker. He has louse up my business several times.

　　【核心短語】a hard case

　　【解詞釋義】a hard case有“難題”的意思，也有“難對付的人”或“不可救藥的人”。其英文解釋為：an abandoned or incorrigible person。
