Good, so when you go to the exhibit, I really want you to take a close look at a certain painting. It's a farm scene, and you'll see it right as you enter the gallery. The reason I think this painting is so important is that it stresses the impressionist aspect of France and its style. It's an outdoor scene, an everyday scene. 

很好，所以當(dāng)你去參觀展覽時(shí)，我真的希望你仔細(xì)看看其中的一幅畫。這是一幅農(nóng)場(chǎng)場(chǎng)景，你一進(jìn)入畫廊就會(huì)看到它。我認(rèn)為這幅畫如此重要的原因是它強(qiáng)調(diào)了法國(guó)印象派的一面及其風(fēng)格。這是一幅戶外場(chǎng)景，一幅日常場(chǎng)景。

It's kind of bleak, but you can really see those broad brush strokes and the blurry lines. The colors aren't quite realistic; the sky is kind of, well, an unnatural pinkish-yellow and the fence in the foreground is blue. But somehow, the overall scene gives an impression of a cold, bleak winter day on a farm. So that's the impressionist side of her work.

這有點(diǎn)荒涼，但你真的可以看到那些粗線條和模糊的線條。顏色不太逼真；天空有點(diǎn)不自然的粉黃色，前景中的柵欄是藍(lán)色的。但不知何故，整體場(chǎng)景給人一種農(nóng)場(chǎng)寒冷荒涼的冬日的印象。這就是她作品的印象派一面。
