1. Don't you agree? 你同意嗎?

2. Can I ask if you agree with his argument? 請問你是否同意他的論點?

3. I wonder if you would agree money doesn't mean happiness.

我想知道你們是否同意有錢并不代表幸福。

4. You don't disagree, do you? 你不會反對的，是嗎?

5. I absolutely agree. 我絕對贊成。

6. I suppose so. 我想是這樣的。

7. Oh, I agree entirely. 噢，我完全同意。

8. I agree in principle, but our emotions exist anyway. 原則上我同意，但是還有一些情緒。

9. I don't think so. 我不認為是這樣。

10. I think you're absolutely wrong. 我覺得你是大錯特錯。

Dialogue 1

W: What do you think of the new television channel? Aren't the programs awful?

你覺得這個新的電視頻道怎么樣?節(jié)目不糟糕嗎?

M: I quite agree with you. They are terrible. They are complete waste of time, but my wife disagrees with me.

我十分同意你。它們很糟糕。完全是在浪費時間，但是我的妻子不同意我的看法。

W: Actually, what bothers me is the violence. There are far too many detective and police shows.

事實上，讓我厭煩的是暴力。有太多偵探和警察的畫面了。

M: I couldn't agree with you more. There aren't enough educational programs, and even the news shows are not well done.

W: You are absolutely right. They are too brief. They don't tell you anything.

M: What a great weekend that was!

W: My feeling's exactly.

M: I really enjoy the beach in the summer.

W: I couldn't agree with you more.

M: We should come here more often.

W: You are absolutely right.

M: I'd like to come back next weekend.

W: That's exactly the way I feel.

Dialogue 3

M: China will finally become a superpower in my opinion. What do you think?

在我看來，中國最終會成為一個超級大國。你覺得呢?

W: I'm afraid I can't agree with you. Chinese leaders have already said China will never be a superpower.

恐怕我不同意你的看法。中國的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人總是強調(diào)中國永遠不會是超級大國。

M: But things will change, you know.

但是你知道的，事情都會改變。

W: Other countries may, but I don't believe China will.

其它國家可能會，但是我相信中國不會。

W: I though that quite a good film, didn't you?

我覺得那是一部很好的電影，是嗎?

M: Yes, I did.

是的，我也這樣認為。

W: It's one of the best that have come out this year, I think.

我認為這是今年發(fā)布的最好的一部電影。

M: I quite agree with you.

我非常同意你。

Dialogue 5

M: Did you go to the movie yesterday?

你昨天有去看電影嗎?

W: Yes, I did.

是的，我去了。

M: What did you think of it?

你感覺怎么樣?

W: I don't think much of the film.

我覺得這部電影不怎么樣。

M: I think it is the worst one I have ever seen.

我認為這是我看過的最糟糕的一部電影。

W: Oh, I'm not sure I agree with you. It was not a good one, but it was not the worst one. Actually, it wasn't too bad.

噢，我肯定不同意你的意見。它不是一部優(yōu)秀的電影，但是它也不是最差的。事實上，它不是很差。

M: I can't think the same.

我認為不是這樣。

W: What's more, some scenes were good, much fit for the children.

還有，一些場景很好，很適合兒童。

M: I couldn't agree with you.

Dialogue 6

W: Why do you want to spend your summer days in a mountain village?

為什么你要在山村過夏天?

M: I think a mountain village is splendid!

我覺得山村極好。

W: I don't agree with you. It's too small to live.

我不同意你的看法。山村太小了，不好居住。

M: It has fresh air, and it is nicer than a big town.

它有新鮮的空氣，比大城鎮(zhèn)好多了。

W: I disagree, a big town is more lively.

我不同意，大城鎮(zhèn)更加充滿活力。

M: But I like a small mountain village. The big town is noisy. How charming it is when walking along the hill!

但是我喜歡小山村。大城鎮(zhèn)太吵雜了。在山里面行走多引人入勝啊!

W: Well, all right, I agree with you about that, but I still prefer a big town.

額，行，我同意你的觀點，但是我仍然更喜歡大城鎮(zhèn)。

M: My colleague thinks the government should give all the students a weekly wage. I'm not sure I agree with him. Some students would want to be students for the whole of their life; however, my colleague doesn't think so. He said that he doesn't mean a high wage, just an allowance. I don't think it would be a good idea. I think it would be better for the government to give students an interest free loan. That's what they do in Sweden. Then my colleague agrees with me. He thinks it sounds like quite a good idea. The students can pay it back in ten years.

我的同事認為政府應(yīng)該發(fā)給學生周薪。我肯定不同意他的看法。一些學生會想一輩子都做學生;然而，我的同事并不這樣認為。他說他不是指很高的薪水，只是一種補貼。我覺得這不是好主意。我認為政府給學生提供免息借款會更好。瑞典就是這樣做的。然后我的同事同意我的意見。他覺得這聽起來是個不錯的主意。學生可以在10年內(nèi)償還借款。
