多部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展指導意見

近日，文化和旅游部等17部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關(guān)于促進鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的指導意見》，明確了促進鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的舉措。

The document emphasizes adhering to the principles of putting the ecology first, being people-oriented as well as development based on actual local conditions.

意見強調(diào)生態(tài)為先、以人為本以及各地從農(nóng)村實際出發(fā)的原則。

意見明確了促進鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展(the sustainable development of countryside tourism)的五項措施，包括：

加強規(guī)劃引領(lǐng)，優(yōu)化區(qū)域布局，促進鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展(promoting regional coordinated development);

完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，提升公共服務(wù)(improving infrastructure and public service)，改善鄉(xiāng)村旅游環(huán)境，促進鄉(xiāng)村旅游便利化(promoting the environment and convenience of countryside tourism);

豐富文化內(nèi)涵，提升產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)，豐富鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品類型(providing more tourism products)，提高鄉(xiāng)村旅游服務(wù)管理水平;

創(chuàng)建旅游品牌，加大市場營銷，培育構(gòu)建鄉(xiāng)村旅游品牌體系(building countryside tourism brands)，創(chuàng)新鄉(xiāng)村旅游營銷模式;

注重農(nóng)民受益，助力脫貧攻堅(helping improve the livelihoods and well-being of rural residents)，探索推廣發(fā)展模式，完善利益聯(lián)結(jié)機制。
