讓人民有更多“獲得感”

The best way to test if a reform has achieved its aim is to check people's true feelings about the reform fruits. Xi said that "making people have a sense of gain" is a decisive rule to measure the gold content of any reform. 檢驗(yàn)改革效果的最佳方式就是要看人民群眾對(duì)改革發(fā)展成果的切身感受。習(xí)主席表示，“讓人民群眾有獲得感”是檢驗(yàn)任何改革含金量的重要標(biāo)尺。

獲得感(sense of gain)其實(shí)就是努力使各項(xiàng)改革都能適應(yīng)黨和國(guó)家事業(yè)發(fā)展要求，都能滿足人民群眾愿望和期待(all the reforms are in accordance with the requirements of the development of the Party and the nation, and they meet people's demands and expectations);讓人民群眾感受到實(shí)實(shí)在在的改革成效(the public should have greater awareness of the fruits of reform)。

Sense通常指“感覺(jué)、意識(shí)”，比如，sense of humor(幽默感)、sense of smell(嗅覺(jué))、the sixth sense(第六感)、sense of urgency(緊迫感)等。我們的五個(gè)感官(five senses)分別是：視覺(jué)(sight/vision)、聽(tīng)覺(jué)(hearing)、味覺(jué)(taste)、嗅覺(jué)(smell)和觸覺(jué)(touch)。
