采用3D打印技術(shù)進行精準輔助,這在我國兒童醫(yī)院連體嬰兒分離手術(shù)中尚屬首次。

Twelve-week-old conjoined twins from Jiangxi province were successfully separated at a Shanghai hospital on Tuesday with the assistance of 3-D printing technology.
來自江西省一對12周的連體嬰9日在上海一家醫(yī)院借助3D打印技術(shù)被成功分離。
這對連體女嬰臀部軟組織相連(were connected by soft tissue at the hips),共用一段肛管,上方有各自的消化道(had separate digestive systems)。9日,復旦大學附屬兒科醫(yī)院為連體姐妹實施分離手術(shù)(body separation)。
值得關(guān)注的是,手術(shù)前,醫(yī)院將連體嬰的CT、核磁共振(MRI)獲得的數(shù)據(jù)送往一家3D打印公司,制作出相關(guān)模型,等比例地還原患兒連體情況(rebuild the anatomical structure of the conjoined body parts),使醫(yī)生直觀了解患兒解剖結(jié)構(gòu),有利于精準分離。
