The General Hospital star, 25, was booked into the Los Angeles County jail system on Monday afternoon, according to L.A. Sheriff's Department records. An attorney for the actress, Mark Daniel Melnick, told PEOPLE that Pullos surrendered to 90 days in Pasadena City Jail after pleading no contest to a DUI charge from a car accident one year ago.

Pullos was arrested April 29, 2023, after allegedly driving the wrong direction on a freeway and colliding with another driver. She was charged with one felony count of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage causing injury, one felony count of driving with a .08% blood alcohol content causing injury, and one count of misdemeanor hit-and-run driving resulting in property damage.

According to the Daily Mail, which first reported the news, Pullos initially pleaded not guilty to all charges but reached a plea deal with the district attorney's office, ultimately pleading no contest to one DUI charge in exchange for the other DUI charge and hit-and-run misdemeanor charge being dropped.
