找工作：大城市好還是小城市好？

大城市有利于個(gè)人事業(yè)的發(fā)展。

I think big cities usually have more job opportunities than small cities, therefore they are beneficial to our career development.

我認(rèn)為在通常情況下大城市比小城市有更多的工作機(jī)會(huì)，因此大城市更適合我們的職業(yè)的發(fā)展。

In my opinion, big cities such as Beijing，and Shanghai can provide us with a better stage to develop and improve our abilities in working, and most headquarters(總部) of multinational(跨國(guó)的) corporations are located in big cities.

依我看來(lái)，像北京、上海這樣的大城市可以給我們提供一個(gè)更高的平臺(tái)去發(fā)展和提高個(gè)人的工作能力。而且大部分跨國(guó)公司的總部都坐落大城市。

As we all know, the pressures can be changed into drives for us to learn and to improve ourselves. Thus, when we are working in big cities, the pressures are good for our further career development.

眾所周知，壓力可以轉(zhuǎn)化為驅(qū)使我們學(xué)習(xí)和提高的動(dòng)力。因此，當(dāng)我們?cè)诖蟪鞘泄ぷ鞯臅r(shí)候，壓力對(duì)我們以后的事業(yè)發(fā)展是很有好處的。

Small city is better than big city to live and work.

小城市比大城市更適合生活工作。

I think, small cities can provide us with more promotion(升職) opportunities than big cities. First of all, the bigger the city is, the fiercer(猛烈的) the competition is, which can make getting a promotion difficult. Secondly, with many people flowing to big cities, there are fewer and fewer competitors left around us in small cities. Therefore, we can become the key employees in our companies and take more opportunities to be promoted.

我認(rèn)為，小城市相對(duì)大城市來(lái)說(shuō)，能夠提供給我們更多的升職機(jī)會(huì)。首先，城市越大，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越激烈，導(dǎo)致升職也更加的困難。第二，隨著越來(lái)越多的人涌向大城市，我們周邊小城市的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越小了。因此，我們就可以成為公司的核心員工，就有更大的升職機(jī)會(huì)。

As for me, I think I will choose a small city to work rather than a big city. Undoubtedly, big cities offer more opportunities. However, people have to bear more pressures. In my view, as a human being, the main objective is to enjoy life, instead of undertaking pressures.

對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，我會(huì)選擇在小城市工作，而不是大城市。毋庸置疑，大城市能夠提供更多的工作機(jī)會(huì)，然而，人們不得不承受更大的壓力。依我看來(lái)，我們的主要目標(biāo)是享受生活，而不是承受壓力。
