下面是兩首著名的小詩。桑德堡的短詩《霧》曾在各種媒體上廣為傳播，是美國家喻戶曉的名作。而在米萊創(chuàng)作的許多優(yōu)美的抒情詩中，被引用最頻繁的是《第一顆無花果》。
Fog

on little cat feet.
