M:Well, I bought this radio here two days ago.and there is something wrong with it.
W:What seems to be the problem?
M:The radio doesn't work when I switch on the power pool, nothing happens.
W:Did you put batteries in the radio?M:No.no, I didn't. I thought it came with battery in it.
W:Oh,no. It doesn't come with battery in it.You need four AA batteries for this model.
M:Ok.Then, I'd like to buy four batteries .
W:Good.I'll put them in the radio for you.
M:Thank you.Yes, I put four new batteries in it,yesterday.
W:One moment please. I'd like to check the batteries. Well the batteries are Ok, I think the radio is ineffective.You can exchange it, if you like.
M:I'd rather have a refund.
