It is a traditional custom to give Hongbao to the people who are younger than you in the Spring Festival. The Spring Festival is a great day, because people can have a chance to stay with their family, and for the kids, they like that day so much because of the lucky money. But now everybody is busy with their work or study, so most of people have no time to meet .Then, the e-hongbao takes the place of the traditional hongbao.
Last year, the e-hongbao became popular inChina. And it is easy to use. People can send it to everybody on the Internet whenever and wherever they are, which is very convenient. And everybody can take part in it, whether they are the old or the young. They can give their best wishes to the people they love. Next, I will take my friends for example. They all took part in it. They stayed at home ,held their phones, and shook their hands all the time. And at first ,I thought it was very tiring to do it ,so I did not take part in them. To my surprise, they didn't think so. Over and over again, they spent almost one day shaking their phones. Everything comes to him who waits. Finally, they got the hongbao.Though the money was very little, they felt very happy, and shared their hongbao with their family. And I thought it was very interesting, so I took part in them too. Carzy! I shook my phones and could not stop either. Luckily, I got one, and I spent less time than them. So I was happier than them. I also shared my Hongbao with my parents and my friends.
However, Some are happy while others may be sad. It was reported that somebody was cheated in the hongbao's scam, and they felt very disappointed about it. So I think when we play it, we must be cautious.
In a word, the e-hongbao is a way to send our best wishes to our famliy or friends.The most important is the feelings, but not the money. So everybody says "Grab a red envelope!" together, and happy together!
