Unit 7b Business ethics

ethics: n. moral principles that control or influence a person’s behaviour;

ethical: adj. connected with beliefs and principles about what is right and wrong

philanthropy: n. the practice of helping the poor and those in need, especially by giving money

violation:v. 1(formal) to go against or refuse to obey a law, an agreement, etc.;2、(formal) to disturb or not respect sb’s peace, privacy, etc.;3、to damage or destroy a holy or special place;4、(literary or old-fashioned) to force sb to have sex;
