“堅持住!還有五秒了!”在中國北方的天津大學(xué)的一座體育館里,20名學(xué)生圍成一圈,堅持著平板支撐。
It was a course offered by the university, throughwhich students can lose weight while earning twoacademic credits or additional awards such asbikes and swimming cards if they reached a weight-loss target.
這是該大學(xué)開設(shè)的一門課程,通過該課程,學(xué)生可以在減肥的同時獲得2個學(xué)分,如果達到減肥目標,還能得到自行車、游泳卡等額外獎勵。
"I ate a lot but seldom did exercises on campus," said Ma Wenzhuo, a sophomore student withthe university. He hopes to shake the fat off and become handsome.
該校的大二學(xué)生馬文卓表示:“我在學(xué)校吃的多,動的少。”他希望能甩掉身上的肥肉,讓自己變帥。
Ma was the first batch of 20 students, selected from 107 applicants, who joined the 21-dayweight-loss course. The course was open to students with a body mass index over 26.
馬文卓是從107名申請者選出的第一批20名學(xué)生中的一位,參加了21天的減肥訓(xùn)練營。這項課程是對身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)大于26的學(xué)生開放的。
"We provided various courses including kickboxing, yoga and qigong, a system of breathing andexercise designed to benefit both physical and mental health, to improve students' strength, endurance, speed and dexterity," yoga teacher Jin Shiyu said.
