和英文中的“dog days”相對(duì)應(yīng),在中國(guó),夏至后的20-29天是一年中最熱的時(shí)間,被稱(chēng)為“伏”。根據(jù)中國(guó)節(jié)氣,“伏”出現(xiàn)在小暑和立秋之間,分為三個(gè)階段。2018年的頭伏為7月17-26日,中伏為7月27日-8月15日,末伏會(huì)再持續(xù)10天。這也就是說(shuō),不到一周的時(shí)間就要“入伏”了。
