You don't need to dye your hair, but if you want to, do as you please. Remember, never dye your hair more than 2 shades lighter or darker than your natural hair color. 　　Don't go crazy, just put on some nice eye shadow that makes your eyes pop. For blue eyes, brown eyeshadow makes them pop. I would know, because I have blue eyes.
