Do you agree or disagree? In a team, a person who is willing to do what other group members want is more useful than a person who strongly insists that things should be done in a way that is different from what other members wants to do.
Topic78(Is it more important to be able to work with a group of people on a team or to work independently? Use reasons and specific examples to support your answer.)
Two major types of team members are commonplace in a team. Obedient members can be plain and therefore catastrophic if organized without original thinking. On the other hand, innovative members are definitely a plus to fuel the team with motives of creativity but could also place the team in risk. The more useful members could be either the submissive staff or the creative ones depending on the different goals the teams aim to achieve.
Certain teams are established around the idea of nurturing the creative side of a member.Teams like these include debate teams, software-programming teams, space exploration teams and archaeological teams. To force any one of the members to be consistent with others would indeed confine one’s personal creativity. Which member would be more productive in a software-programming team, a compliant programmer that could only mimic the established modules or an innovative elite who could possibly generate the highlight of a game software program. Useful team members are built on the premise that the interest should be cultured and refined, and their ability to be creative could best achieve this. Therefore, a team member personal styles with too much obedient personality could teardown progress in the area of personal creativity.
