Recently the relationship between teachers and students has been brought to public attentive concern. A harmonious relationship between teachers and students may bring a class success, while many students cannot get along well with their teachers. Hence, how to handle this relationship effectively has become a matter of concern.

To handle the relationship between teachers and students, first and foremost, a teacher’s behaviour does matter a great deal. The teacher should motivate students so that they want to learn. A good teacher should be patient, friendly and strict. Teachers are also supposed to encourage students to think independently and learn to study by themselves rather than forcing them.
